Villa del Nibbio is a gorgeous estate with a swimming pool in the heart of Umbria, near Orvieto. It is surrounded by 16 acres of unspoiled garden, fruit trees, woodland and olive groves giving the villa the seclusion that guests find uniquely appealing. Its location in the middle of Italy also makes it the perfect departure point for day trips to nearby towns such as Spoleto, Todi, Gubbio and big cities: Rome, Perugia and Florence.
The villa
Built in accordance with charming local characteristics, it sits in a region that is famous for food and wine production of the highest level. In fact the estate itself produces an exquisite organic olive oil.
The pool
The swimming pool, available for exclusive use only guarantees comfort, fun and relax. It is of rather large size (16mt by 8mt) and depth (increasing from 1.40mt to 3mt) with a ladder and a step on each side for easy accessibility.
The events
The vast living area, with kitchen attached, on the lower ground floor, is ideal for setting up ceremonies of all variety indoor. The Garden surrounding the pool offers the chance to plan and create the perfect outdoor event.
