The property

The ground floor can sleep 8 people with two rooms (one double, one twin beds) sharing a vast bathroom, a double room with en suit bathroom and walk in closet, another double bedroom and one bathroom.

On the same floor the big living area with tv, sofas, card playing table and a mezzanine as reading room-study gives way to the dining room and the kitchen fully equipped with all the various appliances. The accessible vast terrace surrounds the common areas giving the guests the chance to relax in the shade, dine outside or cook over the outdoor barbecue.

The top floor sleeps 2 people and comprises one master double bedroom, one walk in closet and a bathroom. It also has private access to a charming terrace overlooking the valley-swimming pool.

The lower ground floor has direct access to the garden and swimming pool, it is divided in a 200sqmt living area with a big fireplace surrounded by several sofas two of which are double sofabed, it also has 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 kitchenette, 2 double bedroom (one double bed and one double sofabed) and 2 single sofabeds, one wine cellar and two storage rooms. On opposite side of the floor there is the laundry room, the indoor garage and the olive oil production-storage room
